Shipping and Return Policy

In-Store Purchase Returns

Items purchased in-store may be returned to any of our locations within 30 days of purchase. To ensure a smooth return process:

  • Return the item(s) in their original condition.

  • Provide the original receipt or the credit card used during the purchase.


 

Online Purchase Returns

If you are unable to return your items in-store, you can send them back by mail. Please follow these guidelines:

Return Instructions

  • Shipping Carriers: You may return items via UPS, FedEx, GTL, or USPS. Retain your tracking number as proof of delivery.

  • Customer Support: For returns due to damaged products or shipping errors, contact our Customer Service Team for assistance.

  • Condition of Merchandise: Items must be in their original condition, and ideally, in original packaging.

  • Inspection Process: All returned items are subject to inspection before a refund or exchange is processed.

  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 5 business days after inspection for your return or exchange to be completed.

  • Warranty Returns: Items covered under warranty may require special handling. Please contact us for specific return instructions.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.


 

Gift Returns

If you’re returning a gift, you have the following options:

  • A refund to the original payment method used by the purchaser.

  • A gift card issued to the gift recipient.

1. How long do I have to return or exchange an item?
You can return or exchange your purchase within 30 days of the order invoice date or in-store purchase date.

2. Are there any restrictions on returns or exchanges?

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Sales tax will be refunded to the original form of payment.

  • Some items are non-returnable, including:

    • Swimwear

    • Undergarments

    • Clearance items

    • Special/custom orders

3. What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please reach out to our Customer Service Team. We’ll be happy to offer a replacement or refund.

4. How long will it take for my refund to appear on my card?

  • Once we receive your return, allow 2–3 business days for processing.

  • It may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your credit or debit card.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
If the original payment method is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
